What has been your best experience/moment that you remember as being very good?

People who told me that I inspired them to start longboarding themselves and being a part of teams such as Osprey action sports.

Favourite conditions?

A nice pool for skating, clean morning sessions with a little bit of offshore wind, deep fresh powder for snowboarding, the rest it doesn’t matter as long if there is sunshine and good people around me.

Favourite toys?

My longboard surfboard/skateboard.

What is your diet like?

Healthy food, a lot of fibers, fruit & yoghurt, no dough.

What things do you currently do in your training that are key to your success?

Normally I’m a lot abroad so I skate or surf every day, on flat days I go running mountain biking or fitness.

Best advice anyone’s ever given you?

Live your life, you only have one.

Do you have a saying or motto you live life by?

Live life by passion, pursuit of happiness, if you are with one leg in your grave you never may say “why didn’t I do this?”

What is your biggest challenge, and how do you manage it?

Survive my cancer, live my life the fullest every day, do everything that I can as much as I can handle.

What would be your ultimate achievement?

Ride a big wave, get old, and keep doing what I do.
