My order is faulty/incorrect/missing. What do I need to do next?

We want to sort out any issues with our products as quickly as possible. Please send your order number, product's name, description of the issue and your name to [email protected]

 

Can I cancel my order?

In order to ensure speedy delivery our warehouse team will have already started processing your order once it is placed. This means we will be unable to cancel orders.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes,once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order.

 

Do I have to order online?

Yes, Urban Beach is an online retailer so you can only order online.

 

How can I pay for my order?

Our store accepts these payment methods:

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal

PayPal: (US and UK)

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

How do I know if you received my order?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an order number and a summary containing the details of your order and an order number. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming this information. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

In order to ensure speedy delivery our warehouse team will have already started processing your order once it is placed. This means we will be unable to change orders.

 

How much are the delivery costs?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £20 within the UK mainland. For deliveries to Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands, Northern Ireland, ROI, BFPO please email us for options and prices.

For deliveries outside of the UK please email us for details.

 

How long will my delivery take?

Our expected deliveries are 2-5 working days for free UK delivery and 1-2 working days for Express UK delivery. Please contact us for details concerning international delivery and delivery to Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands, Northern Ireland, ROI and BFPO.
